After dining al fresco last weekend next to a couple and their Husky I got to thinking about the legalities of this matter. Forget about the dog hair blowing on my food. Ninety percent of the passersby wanted to pet this dog and Fido wasn't the most friendly of its species. One smart mom told her child not to touch the animal. One insane man attempted to pet the dog a second time, after getting snipped at the first attempt.
Who's liable for this dog? The dog's owner? The restaurant for allowing this?
